Tips for Developing a Child's Emotional Power

4. Future success depends on their ability to manage their emotions and communicate effectively with others.

5. We must teach them strategies and techniques to manage their emotions and replace anger, frustration, stress, fear, hate and jealousy with love, calm, trust, compassion and kindness.

6. We must develop children that share positive energy instead of negative energy with the world.

Breathe to Reduce Stress
Stress affects kids too. A British study of 4,320 11- and 12-year-olds found that those most stressed out by homework, overbooked schedules, social fears, or family worries were more likely to snack and skip breakfast, and they ate fewer fruits and veggies. Generate Heart Power

When they get stressed or angry teach them to stop for a moment and think about something they appreciate or love. This generates heart power which sends positive energy to the entire body and mind.
